We are happy with our experience, even the financial part, which we usually hate. They set me up with all the luxurious perks of being a Subaru owner like my extended warranty so I never have to worry about maintenance! They also where a pleasure to work with. Great Subaru Experience Completed the purchase of a new Outback two days ago, at Tucson Subaru. Had a great exerience, which is not something I am used to saying in regard t Completed the purchase of a new Outback two days ago, at Tucson Subaru. Had a great exerience, which is not something I am used to saying in regard to a car purchase. Great dealership overall, beautiful building built with the customer in mind. Kevin Gribble was my rep, very knowledegable not only of the Subaru line, but of the competitor I was looking at, so could talk about differences and pros/cons between vehicles. Rate him 10 out of 10 across the board. Test drive was thorough, the details about the car systems, especially the intricacies of Eyesight, were top notch, understandable and complete. Very happy with the car, and very happy with the dealership. An additional benefit was working with Curt on the paperwork. As a former mehanic and sales person, he had complete knowledge of the car. the process, and, as was true with Kevin, was able to answer all my questuons satisfactorily. This is my first exprerience with Tucson Subaru and the Subaru lineup - I look forward to a long relationship. More
