My salesman Kevin Woessner was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and sincere. At all times every effort was made to answer my questions in a professional manner as he expertly answered my many technical questions. Kevin not only sold Subarus, but believed in the car enough that he bought one himself and as such he could truly vouch for the car based upon his first hand experience. I really enjoyed Kevin walking me through the many intricacies of the car to include complicated programming of the radio / navigation system as well as the door and lock coding.. I can honestly say Kevin was with me during the entire buying process and I felt confident that I had an advocate working directly for me. Even when I had gotten the new care back home, Kevin called to ask me if I enjoyed the car and if I had any additional questions. This is the 3rd purchase for my wife and my 1st purchase for me. Very positive experience, Trent explained to us everything he was doing w/ no hidden agenda. When I got back to work, just talking about the experience we had got the buzz going around the office and people interested in checking out the new car. Both employee's stayed late that Saturday night but made sure their job was complete. Thanks to our Finance Officer Curt McHenry for explaining everything to us as well. He could have sped through everything to get out of the office but he didn't. He took his time and made sure we understood everything we were getting. At first I did not want a moon roof, but when we told CJ we were birdwatchers, he showed us the advantages of the open roof -- so we both got moon roofs on our cars. We were given a great deal for buying two cars at the same time. More
