Found the truck online and did some work with Hunter. The truck was what I was looking for and then negotiated my trade with Jared. He kept low balling my trade and eventually came up to what I was asking for which was very reasonable. I did not appreciate the back and forth. I did purchase over the phone with a 1k deposit after agreeing. Told them I’d be there on Friday around 8am to pick up. I showed up at 9:30 and it seemed a little disorganized. The truck wasn’t cleaned or fueled. They didn’t realize the truck only had one key and on top of everything else we sat there for over three hours to finalize everything. There should of been no reason it took that long when it was an already confirmed deal. More

Salesman very helpful and polite. Finance guy just focused on the sale. Wait was way too long. Vehicle needed repair the next day and they fixed it fast and no cost to us. I had previously purchased a car from Tri Cities Corwin and had a great experience. Not so much this time around, Zayne was great (5 Stars) on showing us the truck and coordinating the delivery, Jared (th and had a great experience. Not so much this time around, Zayne was great (5 Stars) on showing us the truck and coordinating the delivery, Jared (the closer) was a typical sales guy but the Finance Manager, Curt was very rude and condescending after we repeatedly told him we were not interested in the extended warranty. I guess “no” doesn’t mean “no” at Corwin. They told us our trade had a nickel size rock chip in the windshield that neither we nor our Zayne could find. Typical high volume dealership. More
