Curt in finance is fantastic as always, I asked for help with a gap refund that was being denied improperly by fmc. Salesman very helpful and polite. Finance guy just focused on the sale. Wait was way too long. Vehicle needed repair the next day and they fixed it fast and no cost to us. I had previously purchased a car from Tri Cities Corwin and had a great experience. Not so much this time around, Zayne was great (5 Stars) on showing us the truck and coordinating the delivery, Jared (th and had a great experience. Not so much this time around, Zayne was great (5 Stars) on showing us the truck and coordinating the delivery, Jared (the closer) was a typical sales guy but the Finance Manager, Curt was very rude and condescending after we repeatedly told him we were not interested in the extended warranty. I guess “no” doesn’t mean “no” at Corwin. They told us our trade had a nickel size rock chip in the windshield that neither we nor our Zayne could find. Typical high volume dealership. More
