Mr. Dunaway, thank you for your quick response. We love the new Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. I researched different new vehicle to replace our 10-year old Nissan Pathinder Platinum. I really miss that Pathfinder as I came to know every feature and could utilize those features almost without thinking about using them. I was interested in a hybrid before even contemplating going with a total electric vehicle. In doing my research I settled on a hybrid Jeep, a Toyota RAV 4 hybrid or the Honda CR-V hybrid. The redesigned 2025 CR-V appeared to be just a little smaller than our Pathfinder so we stopped in at your dealership on the way back home from JAX Town Center, just to take a look at your 2025 CR-V hybrid. However, the CR-V sold itself. That left going through the talking & back & forth sales process, something I’ve done more than a few times over my 80 years on this planet. I wanted to get a feel for the many features of the CR-C hybrid vehicle but that didn’t happen as planned to my disappointment. The salesman answered questions when I thought of an inquiry but didn’t go out of his way for an overall explanation. I take it he might be knew to your firm. I must say that Jose Bonnie and your Finance fellow were both very helpful, but they were very busy so our time with them was limited. One of my biggest disappointments in the CR-V was the lack of storage space under the rear cargo floor. I opened that area under the hard cover and it showed a lot of unused space where it appears the large hybrid battery is located. Is that unused storage area possibly useable? If you could answer that question I would appreciate hearin whether or not I could use that space for storage. When we need service I will contact you in advance. I would like to meet you in person.
