The folks at Albany Subaru service center were absolutely fantastic! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my car after it shuddered and died while I was driving it. They were very communicative for the days in which they were conducting the service, including taking seriously and addressing some of my fears, which was helpful. Also, they went above and beyond in communicating with me and being ready for my arrival on the evening that I was hectically trying to make it in time to pick up my car before they closed. The first guy who worked on my car must have. Been stoned. Aaron Pierson. Then wrote an email to State farm describing calmly the currebmnt situation.
