The Niello service department was fantastic again and I would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. We had a delay on a part being ordered and Niello was totally accommodating in having me use would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. Good service. Everything was done quickly and properly. My only complaint is pricing. Dealerships are 10x more likely than other shops to have parts on hand, but always charge a higher price, and that kinda sucks. Customer service was amazing though. They worked with my warranty company throughout the process and helped me get it take care of. They did drop the price for me on the warranty service, which would've been 5 stars, but it was the $164 brake flush that most shops just do as part of the brake replacement process. So all in all 700 dollars for a pair of front brakes. Yikes. But if you're gonna go into a dealership for your vw, this is definitely the one, I found their service friendly and helpful. More
