I have dealt with Crown Honda since 2010. I have NEVER had a bad experience with service. When we decided to get a new car in 2020, our rep was Enver Bekric. From our first encounter, Enric asked pertine had a bad experience with service. When we decided to get a new car in 2020, our rep was Enver Bekric. From our first encounter, Enric asked pertinent in what we were looking for and after purchase, was always available either by text, phone, or email to answer any questions I might have. He made getting used to new products on your vehicle very easy. Because who doesn’t have questions after u leave the dealership. We have since upgraded our vehicle and again Enver asked pertinent questions, explained what was available in today’s times and really helped me to come to a decision. I have had the new car for 3 days and absolutely could not have made a better choice - thanks to Enver’s knowledge of cars and exactly what was at the dealership and what was coming in very shortly.
