The offer for my trade-in was higher than the other dealerships I talked to, the truck I was buying was serviced thoroughly, and everyone was attentive to every question. Clean title/ wrecked car. Bought a 2022 Altima that showed a clean title but 4 days after I bought it I had Nissan inspect it just to check it over. They found multiple issues Bought a 2022 Altima that showed a clean title but 4 days after I bought it I had Nissan inspect it just to check it over. They found multiple issues upon inspection and that the entire front end had been worked on. When I took it back to Tom Gill they did the minimum to fix it. I asked to return the car but offered me less than I had just paid for it and said I will have to pay all fees again if I trade it in. I included the Gill’s in my emails but they never once responded to an email apologizing for what happened. Also learned that most of the 172 point inspection is mostly visual and they are not checking the quality of some of these items just that they are there. Buyers beware please be cautious when buying a used car here. More

Ana was wonderful during the whole process and took all of my questions in stride! She was consistently working for me. I never felt like I would be duped working with her and I’m very happy with my overall experience! More

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jessika in the sales dept!! They did everything went strait to work and had me approved fast with no hassle!! While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving o was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded More

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at any dealership. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles from others dealers before buying a truck in February of 2024 from Tom Gill. I have never had a any dealership. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles from others dealers before buying a truck in February of 2024 from Tom Gill. I have never had a particularly horrible experience but I have never had anyone come close to the customer satisfaction that I had at Tom Gill. From Tyler Earls and his team on the sales floor to Elizabeth Wuest and her team in the service department, they were amazing. I cannot thank them enough and I will only be going to Tom Gill from now on. More
