EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE on our purchase! !! We shopped several dealers after deciding on the 25 Mini Countryman S ALL4 and gave Ferman Mini our best deal to beat and Santos the Sales Mgr who !! We shopped several dealers after deciding on the 25 Mini Countryman S ALL4 and gave Ferman Mini our best deal to beat and Santos the Sales Mgr who we worked with was able to get to the number we needed so we closed the deal. We also worked with Dallas in sales who kept us posted on the progression of our deal from start to finish. I scheduled pickup and Dallas was off so Manny in sales handled the delivery and took care of me and given we live in North Fl wanted to get in and out given its a 4.5 hr drive one way which he efficiently handled. I also want to give Jeff in finance kudos as he had a pleasant surprise when we were doing the paperwork and let me know we got a better finance rate @ 3.49% from the 4.49% we got initially approved on. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE Santos and his team your best deal to beat you will be thankful you did!!!
