I felt as though I was speaking with long time friends, instead of someone I had just met, which made this process so much easier for me. Everyone that I encountered at Toyota of Cleveland was friendly, and very customer focused. I was kept informed of the next step in the process, which I appreciated very much. The car I originally came in to look at was not available. Damon made suggestions of other vehicles that were similar to what I was shopping for and he listened to what features I wanted, then offered alternatives based on what I was looking for.
