I have friends who bought several cars from this dealer and they highly recommended Liberty. The other dealers were OK, but Liberty definitely sets the bar for excellent customer service. They had the car I was interested in ready and warmed up for my test drive when I arrived. The salesman (Dan Lidestri) was not only friendly, but was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. Most importantly, when we sat down to talk numbers he was straight forward, and went right to the correct price, with none of the nonsense or game playing that other sales people typically try. The financial person (Rob Bontemps) was also very helpful and patient in answering my questions. I bought an Outback from these guys, and it was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had - and I've been driving for over 45 years. More

Best Car Purchase Experience Jeff Milleta is an excellent automobile salesman. We have dealt with him many times. His easy going, no pressure manner is wonderful, especially whe Jeff Milleta is an excellent automobile salesman. We have dealt with him many times. His easy going, no pressure manner is wonderful, especially when making such an expensive deicision as purchasing a new car. He is extremely knowlegable about every aspect of all Subaru models. If there is a question he cannot answer (which is rare), he will promptly get the information needed to answer. We made several changes at the last minute for this recent purchase: we decided not to trade in older car; we needed to get new plates rather than transfer plates; and, we made changes in the finance amount. Dan Cohen took care of everything promptly so that we could still pick-up our new car as scheduled. We have never had any problems with sales or service at this dealership and would, and have, highly reccommended it to friends and strangers alike. This is a wonderful family owned business that goes above and beyond for their customers. More

Jeff Miletta On Saturday, 11/4/17, I purchased my fifth Subaru. We still retain two Subaru. Each previous vehicle was purchased thru different dealerships. None of these dealerships provided the time, guidance and caring such as Liberty Subaru. From the minute we walked into the dealership, we met a majority of the staff. I spent an hour or more with Mr. Miletta going over every aspect of my new vehicle. Usually someone takes you outside shows you one or two items and then it's goodbye. Subaru should use this dealership and individual as a training model. If you want a Subaru, and want a premium sales staff, this is the establishment I would choose.
