Everybody is happy to be working there and it shows in the fantastic service from all the folks that work there. Although Danny Ruiz is my salesman, all the salesmen say "hi Steve" , when ever I go there. That's how friendly a place it is. Danny is a low keyed GREAT salesperson and I would not buy a Jaguar from anyone but him. Morgan Kin is the financial person there. I see her after each car that I buy to do all the paperwork. She is very efficient and makes sure that I have all coverage and warrantees that I need. Also very low key sales person. I feel that I am in good hands with her. The service dept has a wonderful team to work with. I worked with Josh McKenzie over the years and since he has been promoted I work Melanie Perry. Both excellent technicians as well as friendly service people. Missy is the service receptionist and is a nice person to deal with. Candy and Noreen are the receptionists who answer the phone when I call in and are very pleasant people, making a very good impression on new potential buyers who call in. I consider all the people that work with Brian to be my friends. Feel extremely comfortable each time I go to the dealership. Sometimes I just drop in just to say hello to my friends. I am a "car guy" and I think I have owned almost at least one model of almost every make there is over my lifetime. Believe me that 's a lot of cars! All of the people at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers have been outstanding over the years. They have either matched or exceeded all other dealers on my trade in values as well as have been very generous with their discounts on new cars, ( including high demand vehicles that other dealers will not give anything off on ). Also, in a high turnover industry these folks seem to have a longevity of key personnel. To name a few: Dan Collins in sales, Nick Del Negro in sales management, Morgan Kin in finance and paperwork as well as Debra Conroy in internet inquiries. My wife who dreads car buying feels at home here. In short, these people have treated us wonderfully even though by my own admission I'm not an easy customer and do copious research and shopping around multiple dealers. I will definitely return when it's time to get my next vehicle. More
