Just bought a '22 Outback Touring XT at Liberty Subaru from Brian Goon. Came from Upstate NY ... about an hour away from Liberty. Saw some good reviews online and followed up. Started with a few intro calls to Brian to talk thru models and pricing and his approach was straightforward and Liberty's prices were competitive. After that, we visited the store, test drove and ordered the vehicle. Brian was poised and prepared and and offered info re options + accessories and was great giving updates re the delivery. He approached things in a consultative way and was informative and engaged and easy to deal with -- When the car arrived, Brian spent a lot of time going over the vehicle and offered to be available for follow up later on. DJ (Sales Mgr) and Rob (Bus Mgr) were also very helpful and easy to work with -- Highly recommended. More
