First Class Experience Liberty Subaru really does go out of their way to create a community of happy customers. My salesperson, Nilsson Guzman, was extremely nice and really listened to what my needs were. He gave me all the facts on the cars I was interested in, took time on the test drive to answer my questions, and was very fair when discussing pricing, never pushing me on any added items. The sales manager, Dan Meola, was fantastic. After purchasing a half dozen cars in my lifetime, I can honestly say Dan was the best sales manager I ever worked with and the most accommodating. He gave me an excellent price on the car and was extremely fair on my trade in. Even more important was the way he treated me, with kindness and generosity. When there was a half hour delay in picking up my new car, he went out of his way to make sure I remained satisfied (which I was). He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new car. The whole experience working with Liberty Subaru was first class! More

Easy experience w social distance I had a bad experience with another dealership, but Liberty came to the rescue. Had the exact make and model with a few extras, paid just a few dollar I had a bad experience with another dealership, but Liberty came to the rescue. Had the exact make and model with a few extras, paid just a few dollars more and had a way better experience. I felt I got a fair price. During Covid, I didn't want to be inside the dealership too much, but they worked with me on the phone, and finished the transactions outside on a bench. Dan, Dave and the crew treated me well. This is the 4th Subaru our family has bought there (as well as other cars from other Liberty properties.) We will be back. More

No pressure, patient and helpful service! Brian was great to work with. I came to Liberty after hearing of their excellent reputation, and was not disappointed. I knew I wanted a Forester, but Brian was great to work with. I came to Liberty after hearing of their excellent reputation, and was not disappointed. I knew I wanted a Forester, but was not sure if I should go for a new car or a CPO. Brian allowed me to test drive both and weighed the pros and cons of each. I was there for about an hour and a half, and given estimated pricing and other information. Brian suggested I go home and talk it through with family to figure out what’s best. No pressure whatsoever! I ended up going with a 2020 and couldn’t be happier. The process went very smoothly. Special thanks to Dan Meola and Tom Portee who were also very helpful!
