There was no nonsense whatsoever and no one tried to pull the rug out from under me once I got there, which was refreshing. I dealt with many -- I truly mean many -- of the other Subaru dealerships in the area, and I really don't see why anyone would go anywhere other than Liberty Subaru. They are far and above the most together, organized and honest dealership that I have ever dealt with. I have never been to a dealership where I wasn't stuck there for a minimum of 6 hours. At Liberty, everything was ready to go when I arrived and I was out of there in record time, with a better car than I had before at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. It really was a great experience and this is coming from someone who really can't stand having to ever go to a dealership. More

I was apprehensive about buying a new car on my own since I had only purchased cars with my late husband. From the first phone call to purchasing my car, Dan was available via phone and or email. He kept me updated as to when my car would be arriving; it took less than two weeks. Dan was patient with my many questions and answered every email. I felt comfortable having Dan as my Sales Associate. On the day of my purchase Dan explained many of the car’s features then one of the younger associates completed the tour of my car, Dan then took me to the Service Department and introduced me to a service technician. I highly recommend Dan, he is personable, knowledgeable and patient. It feels like he truly loves his job and I felt like a valued customer!
