No wonder VW has a bad rap I bought a sport wagon at Morong Falmouth one year ago. Brand new- great car. Dan Dunham was great- no issue there. After one month of ownership, som I bought a sport wagon at Morong Falmouth one year ago. Brand new- great car. Dan Dunham was great- no issue there. After one month of ownership, something had corroded the seal on my sunroof. There were pock market that looked like decay. I brought the car in and after evaluation, I was told this was a result of a natural occurrence (an animal, bird, etc...) there were no other marks around the seal or on the surrounding roof- If an animal had clawed it- there would have been surrounding scratches of some sort. I mentioned there was still some shrink wrap on numerous places around the car (I suspect it had sat awhile with that on and I believe this caused a weakening in the seal which lead to decay) I was told this was not under warranty and would have to pay for this myself- just shy of $1,000. I went back and forth for a few days, and even called the Service manager (the owners son) and never heard a word back nor a return phone call. I then called VW of America. They too were surprised by the diagnosis, and after another week in contact with the dealer, it was decided to go 3-ways @$330 each between dealer, VW and myself. I had no choice but to get it fixed. Fast forward- a year later- I am with another VW dealership out of state and am pleased. When my electrical went out I brought it into my new service center and was told the sun roof drain was faulty and water seeped under the drivers seat and fried out the wiring. It took a week for the parts to come in. Might be unrelated...hmmm...think so? They had never seen this before. I LOVE my car- but I really wish I had bought it anywhere else but Falmouth. For such an upscale town- the service was horrendous. More

There was absolutely no pressure to buy...Daniel, in particular, was the exact opposite of everything I typically despise about salespeople. We saved so much money buying thru Morong. We were so pleased not only with the price we agreed upon for the new vehicle but also for what they gave us for our trade in. My first experience exceeded my expectations with attention to my personal requests, the ability to receive both a fair price on my trade-in and a great price on the new one. Dan Dunham assisted me at that time. Over the next several years I had my car serviced at this dealership and experienced promptness, efficiency, and quality workmanship. When it came time to trade in my vehicle I did not hesitate to return and again Dan was my salesperson. This time, I visited the dealership 3 days in a row and was treated as if I was one of the family - in fact two employees actually offered me pizza at lunch time! I drove several vehicles until Dan helped me find the one that suited me and supported my specific seating requirements. This took a lot of time and patience - Dan, Anne Cote and Jordan Lee Bolduc provided me with an opportunity to select just the right vehicle. As a customer, I have never been treated with such wonderful service from any other organization and it is obvious that their culture is one of assuring their customers are happy - I highly recommend this dealership! I've traveled to various dealerships ranging from Vermont to Massachusetts to find the color and mileage I wanted. I walked out of 4 dealerships because they wouldn't lower the price or the car need work. I found the car at Morong on cargurus.com and from the time I contacted them, Ashley kept me up to date on the cars availability. It actually sold and was returned before I had a chance to go look at it. Glad the people changed their mind because when I test drove it I knew it was mine. The buying process was easy and I has a new to me car by noon. More

From my first email interactions with Ashley, to checking out the car with John, all the way through to the financing experience with Dan... Everyone was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy and everyone went above and beyond our expectations to make the car-buying process seamless and simple for us! We have been impressed at every turn with the ease our of interactions with everyone at Morong. We got a great car at a great price from great people, and we couldn't be happier! (And as an added bonus, they have a fantastic play room for kids that our toddler just loved!)
