Dan has assisted me previously for regular maintenance items and vehicle recalls and is always a pleasure to work with. Friendly, courteous, and always ready to answer a question and goes further to see a question answered if it is beyond his scope of information available. I schedule my service visit with Kylee, worked with my insurance agent and glass underwriter. Another team member that answers all questions and keeps you informed. Jesse and Andy round out the team members that checked-in my vehicle and got me set up with the loaner vehicle. Friendly and ready to assist and answer all questions as Kylee was. When I pickup my vehicle from Tucson Subaru, I always have my invoice and car waiting for me to pay and get on the road. The best service department in Tucson! More
