Always a pleasant experience I have been taking my Subaru to Tucson Subaru for service for seven years and have never had a bad experience. All service reps are great - patient an I have been taking my Subaru to Tucson Subaru for service for seven years and have never had a bad experience. All service reps are great - patient and easy to work with. After putting 122,000 miles on that car, I have just purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek and am thrilled! I live in a little town about two hours away from Tucson, but the purchasing experience was made easy by doing a lot of the paperwork online in advance, so that the day I picked the car up was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. My sales rep, Greg Landry, was great - explained everything clearly and even came in on his day off. Normally, a meeting with the "finance guy" is a pain, but not this time - Curt was super nice and pleasant and organized so it was really just a signing session with no hard sell - what a relief. In short, I drove home happy in my new car. Thanks, Tucson Subaru! More
