Trent is always happy to help in any way after the sale. He and the dealership do endeavor to build a relationship with the customers. The Service department is punctual and professional. Very nice customer waiting area with great coffee and snacks! Oh, and great cars too. More

Good experience of buying a new car. I previously had repairs and maintenance services for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX at Tucson Subaru. When it was totaled in last October and I had only I previously had repairs and maintenance services for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX at Tucson Subaru. When it was totaled in last October and I had only minor injury thanks to the car, I wanted to buy another Subaru. Initially, I was planning to by a used one, but at the shop I found a new 2018 Subaru WRX with a decent price. During the whole process, there all of the staff were very nice and helpful. I really had a wonderful experience. More

The price he quoted was the price we paid. It was a seamless buying experience for us. My wife doesn't like car dealership due to previous experiences at car dealerships over the years. Great experience at Tucson Subaru! Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when I decided to buy a new car I pretty much had my heart set on a Crosstrek. I also drove a Mercedes GLA 250, but the Subaru was a lot more fun and had more safety features so the choice was easy! My experience at the dealership was great. Very low-key professional salespeople (Jim Coyle and Trent Nichols) who were very knowledgeable without any high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Terry Iseminger) truly went above and beyond to find me exactly the car I wanted. As it turned out my car needed a small service fix after I bought it so I was also able to interact with the service department too (Dan Ford and Scott Gregg). I can say without a doubt that everyone I interacted completely exceeded expectations, were extremely professional and did their best to make my experience positive. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru! Don’t go anywhere else! More

From the very beginning, we have felt like me Over the past 10 years, we have had 3 Subarus serviced at Tucson Subaru and purchased 2 Outbacks there. From the very beginning, we have felt like members of the Tucson Subaru Family. We and our vehicles are always well cared for and twice, when we had emergencies, they saw us immediately. Nothing instills a greater sense of belonging than that! We recently purchased a 2018 Subaru loaded with incredible safety and security technology. How 21st Century of Tucson Subaru to employ a professional like Darla Muckley to teach us how to use this technology to our full advantage! More
