Disappointed twice. Disappointed twice!. Took my 2015 Forester in for its 30,000 mike service on Monday Sept 11th. My odometer read 25,220, but I was notified that th Disappointed twice!. Took my 2015 Forester in for its 30,000 mike service on Monday Sept 11th. My odometer read 25,220, but I was notified that the service was due. My first disappointment with Tucson Subaru was that I was given a loaner car, a 2017, Impreza, that was extremely dirty; including the front windshield. I'm 82 years old and have not driven a dirty car since I was sixteen; especially not since 1998 when I first started driving Subaru's. It was a really bad look, in my opinion, in that the dirty loaner had "Tucson Subaru Complimentary Car" on both sides. I can't believe Rocky allows the cars on the sales lot to be shown that dirty. Why then a dirty loaner to a faithful customer? Alright. I left the car for servicing. When it was mostly done I was called by the service department to let me know the cabin filter needed to be changed. "It's dirty.", I was informed. The only problem with that was my glove compartment was locked and the service department could not have known the cabin filter was dirty. Now, I'll buy the fact that the cabin filter replacement is probably a part of the 30,000 mile service. But, don't tell me it's dirty when that fact can't be verified until I unlock the glove box. That was my second disappointment. I don't like to be conned. Having said that, my 25 word minimum is this: My Forester was serviced quickly and efficiently and I am sure the Tucson Subaru Service Department did a good job. More

To a person, all of the staff (sales, purchasing mgmt, parts dept, service) have always been exemplary: courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful without being patronizing. I have recommended them to many friends and acquaintances over the years and will continue to do so. Most recently, I was able to make an appointment for service easily, was greeted pleasantly, the service manager was professional and the work was done ahead of schedule. More

In and Out without a Doubt! As always my Subaru Dealership did not fail. I called for an appointment and it was set for the morning I requested without a problem. Received a remi As always my Subaru Dealership did not fail. I called for an appointment and it was set for the morning I requested without a problem. Received a reminder via e-mail a couple of days prior. The day of the appointment I arrived about 30 minutes early. Due to the fact that my earlier appointment with another business in the area didn't take as long as I thought it would. I was greeted by one of the members of the service staff who assured me that my early arrival was no problem. He asked what the issue was and I informed him that my ABS light kept coming on at odd times. I was then invited to wait in the waiting area and my car was moved to the service bay. After about 30minutes I was met by the same gentleman who said the the censer on the break peddle was the issue and they had a simple fix for it. They replaced the faulty censor and I was on my way. When all of my dash warning lights came on last week I dreaded dealing with a new dealership in a new city. I called Tucson Subaru and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. My vehicle was repaired quickly. Dan in service was great! He communicated often and clearly. I have worked in the automotive industry myself for many years and I've seen customer service all over the board. Tucson Subaru's customer car is top notch! Thank you! More

Listen to my concerns! The service team listened to my concern after a 10-minute discussion regarding the cost of replacing a switch in a 2015 Forrester. After researching The service team listened to my concern after a 10-minute discussion regarding the cost of replacing a switch in a 2015 Forrester. It's not just about the purchase. The sales and service team at Tucson Subaru aren't there just to sell/service cars. They are there to make sure they take care of every single person The sales and service team at Tucson Subaru aren't there just to sell/service cars. They are there to make sure they take care of every single person that comes through their doors regardless of buying a car or getting issues handled that other dealerships caused. With Trent and Dan, in sales and service, they were more then helpful to get our vehicle fixed right that another cause so many problems and headache. Their level of communication, respect and commitment to make sure far surpasses any dealership I have ever been to. Tucson as a community is very lucky to have a team like Tucson Subaru. More
