Everyone at Carman was so very nice! Scott P was amazing. He explained all the options on my new car to the T and always took the time to ask if I had any questions before moving on. The Carman dealership was FANTASTIC to work with. I was referred to the dealership by Dan Giacchino who worked with me to find my dream car. Without him, non of this would have been possible. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Troy Marenco who took care of all my documentation and setup for the car. While he was setting things up, I was introduced to Joe Triboletti who talked to me about my future car, the eagles, and anything else I had on my mind. Finally, I worked through all my financing with John Mayberry who was an absolute pleasure. He explained what every document meant to help finalize the process. In all, it felt like the entire Carman team had my best interest in mind to help me complete the process. Thanks team!!! More

I bought 3 cars from Carman Lincoln Ford over the past 7 months. My buying experience was excellent, no pressure, very informative, professional and courteous. My salesman was Gary Santora but I also met Larry Giacchino who personally inquired about my buying experience at his dealership. I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional. Great all around experience at Carman Ford Lincoln from Sales to Service. This dealership is worth referring!!! Thank you. More
