I highly recommend this entire team at Brad Deery Motors. But first, allow me to paint you a picture. Imagine that you and/or your family need to upgrade to a car in better condition than what you currently But first, allow me to paint you a picture. Imagine that you and/or your family need to upgrade to a car in better condition than what you currently drive, because your current vehicle seemingly is going in for repairs every month. That becomes very costly! So, you do your research online, you see the pictures of a car that fits you perfectly. Now the next step is to go see it in person, because you are 99% sure this is the car for you. Feeling confident, you walk in to the dealership expecting to find everyone happy, cheerful, floating on clouds, and bending to your every whim and will as they agree to all your terms because you found the perfect vehicle. Not so. In fact, you have to make the conscious effort to wake up and realize that those that work at dealerships are human, just like you. They have flaws, just like you. What does this mean? It means that they deserve the same level of understanding and compassion and forgiveness just like you would if you missed, say, just one small inconsequential thing. This is where communication is paramount. And here is where I and my family enter the story. We bought a new (used) car, and we are incredibly happy with our purchase. The one we bought had only been in the dealership's possession for maybe a total of 6 days. As a business that deals with multiple levels of customer service and interaction, inventory management, etc., they have a lot going on at the same time. When we brought our car home, we took it into our local mechanic to find a few errors and some items that needed repairs. Guess what? After communicating with Brad Deery Motors, their words were exactly as follows, "We are going to take care of you as best as we can." And "I'm going to go to bat for you and do my best." To summarize, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism that EVERY person at Brad Deery has. If you have read this far into my review, then I ask that if you go buy a car from these people, have some grace. They are human just like you. Put yourself in their shoes. Could you do their job? Be nice. Just being kind goes a long way. More

Bought a 67,000 truck from them while they had our old truck our brake line blew on it and no one bothered to tell us something happened when I was given the keys back and when we went to pick it up later truck our brake line blew on it and no one bothered to tell us something happened when I was given the keys back and when we went to pick it up later and discovered the blown brake line the attitude and treatment was appalling. Refused to work with us to get it repaired enough to get it home and then avoided us on purpose when we came to speak to them. Intentionally running out of the office and blatantly ignoring us when trying to speak to him outside to the point of turning his back on us. More
