Last November I bought a truck from Brad Deery and had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my sales rep. She knew her stuff then and had me in with the old and out with the new (to me at least) as quick an the pleasure of having Jennifer as my sales rep. She knew her stuff then and had me in with the old and out with the new (to me at least) as quick and painless as I’ve ever bought a vehicle before. So—when my circumstances changed and I decided that I wanted something smaller I went on the website and looked at some used Jeep Grand Cherokees. Well wouldn’t you know it but Jennifer noticed I was looking and sent me a text asking me just exactly what I was up to since I’d only had the truck for 6 months. I told her I was looking to downsize and oh by the way I am coming up the next day to have the truck serviced and I’d really just like to drive off with one of these Jeeps. As it turned out it was to be her day off but she came in at my request. I could not have been more delighted and stunned. This woman and mom left her kids to come into work on her day off. Jennifer is a great asset to the Brad Deery team. She is the most personable and attentive car sales person that I have ever interacted with (and I’ve been buying cars since 1972). She gets 6 stars out of 5 in my book! More
