Again!!!!!! I will never buy New or used from anyone else and will encourage anyone I can to do the same!!! More

From the moment Tyson introduced himself in the lot, the first thing that hit me was how he responded to questions I posed; not the typical "flippant" From the moment Tyson introduced himself in the lot, the first thing that hit me was how he responded to questions I posed; not the typical "flippant" responses I have become accustomed to in my years of purchasing cars/trucks. He listened! He determined "what was important to me" and along with Dan Hansen addressed those issues to the point; no games. After purchase I was totally impressed with the service people (Cody Varney). I have had two occasions to have work done; 3,500 mile service and handling a small warranty matter. In both instances, I called made the appointment. At the appointed hour I was there fully expecting who knows how long to get finished and on the road. The car went in and on both occasions I had hardly settled in and the work was done and I was on my way! The people in general at Hansen's are down to earth friendly; not the put on friendly of the past several dealerships we have done business with. Thanks Hansen team! You are the best! More
