Great Business Model I have been dealing with Phillips for 30 years and they keep getting better. I had a Transmission flush and filter change done. After finding the fi I have been dealing with Phillips for 30 years and they keep getting better. I had a Transmission flush and filter change done. After finding the filter was not accessible without a major overhaul, they charged for a fluid change only, Integrity is one reason I service all 4 vehicles at Phillips. I also like the follow-up e-mail. I can compliment Chris directly or let her know of any concerns. Also needed the drivers door seal replaced. Let Dan know a week before and the parts were there when I brought the Traverse in. 94,000 miles and running so good, the wife will not part with it. More

Reg Hernandez Volt repair Had to make a appointment for my volt , door lock front passenger did't work, and front tire area was making a squealing noise, made the call for se Had to make a appointment for my volt , door lock front passenger did't work, and front tire area was making a squealing noise, made the call for service and Was told Next available date was two weeks away( that kinda of surprised me) however I took it. When I did arrive Tom Barton (service rep) greeted me was professional and pleasant, a loaner was arranged and within 10 minutes I was out of there( nice! ) Dan Kachinsky ( service manager) took the time to stop and say hello (nice guy), it took 4 days for the repairs (parts and paint job was required) , however everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Dan personally took care of me when I picked up my volt. I know phillips gives great deals , but to me it the service afterwards that counts and for this they get a A+ Thanks again More

Customer Service I had a couple issues regarding paint and scratches along with a couple of recalls on the vehicle.
