try ,try, and try again My 2012 Impala has 35000 miles and coming to the dealership for repairs scary. Still I was met by Tony C. and assured that problem will be resolved. The process was ok with Dan K. and before I could finish the TV program I was given a breakdown and itemized bill. I didn't just save money because of the warranty, but I also drove out with a confidence that my car was properly serviced. Thanks Tony and Dan. Javier S More

Worth the Drive - superior service and Sales I live on the north Shore so Frankfort is not exactly around the corner. I live in Glencoe, IL a full 56.7 miles door to door. But when I was looking for the perfect Chevy Volt, most delaerships had one or two in stock. This place had 23!! I knew the car I wanted when I walked in and my sales person Rami made the paperwork and trade in a snap. No BS - NO "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do" just got it done. Not the typical auto shopping experience. I also want to thank Dan the service manager, you guys came thru - above and beyond the other 12 dealers that were close to me. the very Large Chevrolet dealer closest to me (that shall remain unnamed!!) - their parts department didn't even answer the phone (3 phone calls on hold for 10+ minutes). Mike Anderson Chevrolet and the others I called didnt have the replacement part (but at least they were nice, looked up the part number and told me which dealerships had it in stock). Naperville chevrolet was straight up rude. Naperville did have the part (replacemet EVSE charger) but I thought to myself - why would I patronize someone who obviously doesn't care about my car's problem and my business? You guys had the replacement part in stock, had it ready for pickup, and had the service manager verify my VIN and warranty before I left the house. I arrived at the delership, plugged into your solar charging station while I went in. by the time it was all verified and done - it was under 30 minutes. So...thank You. I am new to Chevy, never bought an american Car in my life. I traded in my BMW 525 for my 2013 VOLT and the service has been above and beyond what I ever got at Fields BMW or Perillo. Great Dealership! The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering motor failures. The earlier models were not part of the recall but do share the same motor's. The unit in my HHR finally failed. I was aware of the recalls and GM's desire to retro the recalls to earlier models. etc. I called GM and spoke to a customer care agent. They contacted Phillips on my behalf. I emailed and spoke to Phillips myself. I was told to bring the vehicle in for assessment. Phillips replaced the power steering unit at no charge to me. I've had a lot of recalls on this vehicle, and GM has a lot of design issues on the HHR's So I have a history with the dealer. In my case all of the issues were addressed and taken care of as it should've. Dan K the service manager has gone above and beyond for me on several major issues with this HHR. I had warranty/recall service at other dealers in other locals and wasn't satisfied with their resolutions to my problems. So in my case Phillips Chevrolet has been the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. Phillips has done right by me. Louis Trombino More

They were very helpful in explaining what is happening with the engine which is causing the problem. They explained the need for an oil consumption test in order to provide GM with the details they need so they could provide the best solution to the problem. The whole process was explained and I feel extremely confident the problem with my vehicle with get resolved by GM with the help of the employees at Phillips Chevrolet. More

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Phillips Chevrolet last October, and at the begining of January the drivers side door started getting caught on the trim of the backseat passenger door. This went on f last October, and at the begining of January the drivers side door started getting caught on the trim of the backseat passenger door. This went on for a couple weeks before it eventually got worse and bent the trim in the middle of the doors. I immediately took it into Phillips Service Center in Frankfort where I purchased the vehicle to have it looked at and hopefully repaired at no charge since I had just purchased the car a few months earlier. Tony Cesario was the service employee who greeted me and took a look at what happened, he immediately could tell that it was a manufacturing problem and was not my fault at all. However, he needed a manager to also take a look at it as well so he called over Dan Kachinsky. Dan not only recommended that we replace the middle black trim that was damaged, but he also asked Tony to order a new chrome piece of trim and rubber insulation that went inside the drivers side door since all three pieces seemed to be the cause of the problem. They both told me that of course it would be no charge, but it would take a few days to order the parts. About a week went by and I hadn't heard anything yet from Phillips so I called up there and spoke with Jeff Heda. He explained to me that the parts were on backorder and then told me he would talk to his parts guy and see if they could track them down through another local dealer. Another week went by so I called Jeff again to see what the update was, and he said the parts were still not available but had looked into it more and found out that it was a national problem which is why they were on backorder. Jeff told me that he was going to follow up with his parts guy again and get back to me. Sure enough, I got a call the next day and Jeff had tracked down the parts I needed from a local GM dealer and had them expedited to their service center. I received a call from Jeff immediately and he set up an appointment for me and made sure I had a loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. When I came in for my appointment I spoke with Tony again since he originally helped me when I first came in but made a point to thank Jeff for all he had done for me over the last couple of weeks to track down the parts. I wasn't angry or upset the parts were on backorder I was just relieved that Jeff was still looking into it for me and keeping me updated on the situation. My car was fixed in less than a day, and since I was due I also got myself a tire rotation and oil change. The loaner car worked out great and Tony called me the next day and let me know my car was ready to get picked up. Excellent experience across the board as always. Great Service Experience!! Had an exterior trim molding come loose on 2014 Chevy Malibu. When I called Phillips Chevrolet Service Department Mr. Tony Cesario answered, and after listening to my description of the problem suggested I bring the car in the same day, at my convenience, and he would take a look at the problem. Once I arrived he looked at my car almost immediately, determined the molding would need to be replaced, checked with the parts department and had the repair completed within a half hour. He also asked if there were any other issues or concerns with the car as did Mr. Dan Kachinsky. Outstanding customer service!! This was my second visit since purchasing the car and both times the overall experience was great. I should note that Tony was the Service Consultant both times. More

I bought a new Traverse tonight and this experience far exceeded my expectations. From the start of the test drive to the financing to learning about the features and preparing the car for me to take home exceeded my expectations. I had my two children with me and they were so nice to them as well. They made buying a new car a great experience and for that I thank you. I LOVE my new car! I've also used their service department in the past for a previous car and was always treated with much courtesy. Top notch service. Most of the time the car is done early. The waiting area is nice and clean as well. I can't say enough about the sales team and service advisers that have always treated me so kindly. This dealership goes above and beyond in the customer service arena. I would highly recommend them to anyone to buy a car or service a car hands down! More

We have bought 8 cars from Marty McKenna in the last 8 years. Marty is a man who goes above and beyond to help get done whatever needs to be done! I would not buy from any other salesman. We have several issues with our vehicles that were a gm problem not a Phillips problem. Mike Maheras and Dan Kachnisky have gone to great lengths to help resolve these issues. I would not buy anywhere but Phillips and only with the help of these 3 men! More
