Hello Mr. Newell, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. A mileage discrepancy is not something we take lightly, and I completely understand why it felt misleading. Occasionally, our system will pull mileage from a previous service visit instead of the mileage recorded at the time of trade-in. While we work hard to prevent this and catch discrepancies before they reach the customer, it’s clear we missed it here. For that, I apologize.
