He was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we stepped on to the lot. As we continued on through the process we had the pleasure of working with Dan Roberts who truly is a man of solutions. He was an incredibly kind and beyond helpful. We ran into a few issues along the way and he worked with us to help us with the entire process. We had found ourselves getting a very different experience at Wow Wallingford Toyota in comparison to the experiences we had at other Toyotas dealerships. This team truly cared about customer service and it was felt from the moment we arrived. Not only were Joe and Dan incredible to work with but they took the time to get to know us. The dealership was absolutely disloyal to a me as a customer. I placed a deposit on a car and waited over a month for it. I received a call on Monday saying the vehicle has arrived. I originally schedu customer. I placed a deposit on a car and waited over a month for it. I received a call on Monday saying the vehicle has arrived. I originally scheduled a pickup for Saturday but later rescheduled it to Monday, which my salesperson agreed to. While I was on my way to the dealership on Monday, I received a call saying the vehicle had been sold on Saturday because I did not show up. The manager, Dan, approved the sale even though he knew there was a deposit on the car. This dealership is unethical. They knowingly sold a car that already had a deposit on it and then told me they do not hold vehicles in their inventory for a week. Monday would be the 7th day I received the call telling me the car is ready, which I was on my way to the dealership. I would never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone More
