"Excellent customer service"
My vehicle needed emergency service as the alternator was failing. Dana Lawrence kept me informed of the vehicle needs and was able to get my car fixed and back to me in a timely fashion.
After few years as their customer, I came for the state inspection with my BRAND NEW CAR, that was bought two weeks prior, and it was in perfect condition (nothing was noticed or noted by the service hostess when the car was brought into the service). When they returned it after 2 hrs, the windshield was cracked. They claimed that it MIGHT have been a small crack that was not noticed when the car was brought into the service, and they assured me that it was not their fault, therefore they will not replace the windshield. They suggested to use my insurance.
Few months later I have a new windshield that was changed UNDER WARRANTY by another Toyota dealer from another state.
Extremely poor customer service. I will never use Heritage Toyota Service (Sales Department is OK).
Comment after Heritage Toyota's reply: If it would have been a VISIBLE stone chip, it would have been fare not to replace the windshield. However, since the windshield was replaced UNDER WARRANTY by another Toyota dealer, it means that either it was no stone chip or Toyota has different standards. For your information, that cracked windshield was thoroughly examined by a Toyota specialist before deciding that it has to be changed under warranty.

When I find anything that I like in my life I stick with it. I take as good of care of things that I am able to and with the assistance of the Heritage Service Team I am able to fill that to a reality with my vehicle. I trust them, I admire their openness and friendly demeanor. Most importantly, I feel as though they are there not to up sell or make a commission, but to treat me as they themselves would like to be treated... that is a rare treat in today's hustle and bustle world.
Comfortable and satisfied for doing my Rav4 service on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and the waiting room is very nice. The service price is very reasonable. Would be happy to come again!

I have confidence in Heritage Toyota. Great service and polite professional staff. Della Toyota in Plattsburgh is a joke. I had a recall and tire rotation, oil change, etc... no problem.

I will only take my vehicle to a Toyota dealership service center for any repairs. I know I can trust the technicians to ALWAYS do a great job and keep my investment running properly for many miles to come. I especially have liked the care and frankness that Dana has provided me. On more than one occasion she has looked up previous repairs (even from other Toyota Dealerships) and walked me through several options that I have for the necessary repairs. There is never any pressure to have the repairs done. When the need of the repair is imminent she has always been very honest to give me options to get the repair done properly for the best price. My "hats off" to the entire Heritage Toyota Service Team, they continue to make me realize that my Toyota is a solid reliable vehicle which I can keep running thanks to their expertise.
"Tire change over"
Went in for my winter tires to be changed over to all seasons. As usual Dana greeted me with a smile. She told me how long to expect to wait for the change over to take. In a hour she came and got me in the waiting room. Held the door for me to get into the service area, had a nice friendly conversation and I was off.
If you could clone Dana you would have a wonderful service staff. She embodies the definition of excellent customer service.
