I chose this car because I wanted it. They did a great and made me feel welcomed. I did not get pushed into financing with a lot of lenders like Honda did. They honored our wishes and just went there with the lowest APR rate. The warranty is on of the best offers I have ever heard of. I had emailed Waylan about a 2023 Kia Forte and went in to see him regarding trading in my current vehicle for the Forte. He was tied up when I got there, so he asked Rebecca to help me. She was very pleasant to work with and kept trying to get what I was asking for and we ended up making a deal. Rebecca took me over to wait on my paperwork and checked on me and gave me updates on about how much longer. Waylan also came by to check on me and congratulated me on my new car purchase. He also helped me out setting up the car play and getting my tags off my old car and getting my belongs out also. It was great working with both of them.
