I arrived at the service department with an unscheduled issue, dead battery. Was told my vehicle would be ready until the next day. I understand there are scheduled appointments they would take precedent, issue, dead battery. Was told my vehicle would be ready until the next day. I understand there are scheduled appointments they would take precedent, what I do not understand is how there is not a quick lane for things such as an oil change or battery?!? In addition, I arrived just after 10am and was not offered a shuttled ride. When I asked for a shuttle ride it would be a 3 hour wait!?! How is it a service department does not have continuous shuttle service for their customers?? I enjoy my Ford, however based on service I will not be a repeat customer! More
