I was passed to multiple people in the system that none seemed to have answers to questions that should have been simple to answer. I was unnecessarily placed on hold and pushed out of the phone system. Af seemed to have answers to questions that should have been simple to answer. I was unnecessarily placed on hold and pushed out of the phone system. After having my vehicle towed, I was informed that it would take 5 days to replace a tire for a new model. My experience at Walker is that they have plenty of business and could not care about finding a practical solution so they left it to me to manage it instead. The experience has me regretting returning to Ford if their dealerships are this disconnected from their customers More

The dealership is fantastic. The staff is extremely kind and their main focus is to help you not try to take your money. Steve is who I usually work with he is amazing. The Service writer (Victory) was very welcoming and made sure they checked out the car to identify the issue. The part needed to be found and brought in was located, overnighter, and the repair was done a d sure they checked out the car to identify the issue. Their service department is the worst. I have bought two cars from Walker Ford. Apparently that doesn’t mean anything to them. After the last experience I had getting my car fixed my days I have bought two cars from Walker Ford. Apparently that doesn’t mean anything to them. After the last experience I had getting my car fixed my days with Walker Ford are over. Your service department or should I say lack of service department is the reason that you have lost a customer and I will never recommend Walker Ford to anyone again. More

Several weeks ago ona Friday night at closing I pulled into walker Ford with a scre in the sidewall of the tire. Dan Victory fixed me with a appt sat 8am checked my tire insurance and I was good no charg into walker Ford with a scre in the sidewall of the tire.
