After making an appointment 4 days in advance, and even dropping the car off an hour before my appointment time, they still waited an entire day to even look At the car. If they had looked at the car the day I had my appointment I would've had my car back in time for me to go to work. But a couple hour job took them 2-3 days. The only thing I can praise about my entire experience is the actual mechanic work. I'm just glad my car is back and my problem was fixed, and they even went above and beyond checking my diff fluid for metal particles. However the entire service part was poor. As soon as I pull up to drop off my vehicle the service guy (not the one assigned to my vehicle) told me immediately to give them a 5 star review and I haven't even given them my keys or told him what's wrong with my car. Basically, next time I have a problem with my Ford I'll take the extra 15 minutes on my drive and go to another dealership. I just want to know, what's the point of making an appointment if when I show up at my appointment time my car still has to wait in line as if I was a walk in customer? More

Walker Ford has the best Service Advisors and Techs. I only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 mile only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 miles and our 2019 F-150 XLT Sport had it's third service at 15,000 miles. More

Due to inventory/availability, it's unfortunate we couldn't purchase a F150 with Stacy. She was excellent with service. Steve was helpful with service questions but he forgot to call me back to let couldn't purchase a F150 with Stacy. She was excellent with service. I came in to get my oil change and tires rotated. Was told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points. Dan Victory and servi told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points. Dan Victory and service manager were extremely helpful in making sure Ford took care of the bill. Thanks DOUG More
