Walker Ford consistently provides stellar service for the Ford Fusion I purchased a few years ago. I receive timely service reminders and am able to get service appointments at my convenience. The service advisors are helpful and the work performed has been flawless. I plan to continue using Walker service for as long as I own my car. More

I am disappointed. I was told how much the repairs were then had to ask why the warranty didn't cover anything. Then they said it was $100 since the warranty did cover it. So they would have charged it all then had to ask why the warranty didn't cover anything. Then they said it was $100 since the warranty did cover it. So they would have charged it all if I didn't say anything. I told them there was a warranty when the appointment was made so they should've had that in already. Then they call the next day and say I still owe $200 and I need to pay now. I gave them my card info and it took them 2 weeks to run it. Very unprofessional. More
