Walker Ford has the best Service Advisors and Techs. I only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 mile only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 miles and our 2019 F-150 XLT Sport had it's third service at 15,000 miles. More

Due to inventory/availability, it's unfortunate we couldn't purchase a F150 with Stacy. She was excellent with service. Steve was helpful with service questions but he forgot to call me back to let couldn't purchase a F150 with Stacy. She was excellent with service. I came in to get my oil change and tires rotated. Was told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points. Dan Victory and servi told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points.
