Would have given five except service neglected to check and adjust air pressures of tires after rotating wheels. Following morning warning light signaled “Low”. Took to nearby maintenance point. I brought my truck into Walker Ford to have the oil changed and tires rotated I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the Ford lug nuts or swollen and if they had a hard time getting the lug changed and tires rotated I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the Ford lug nuts or swollen and if they had a hard time getting the lug nuts off they had no new lug nuts in stock to be able to replace them with. Yet 7 days earlier I had another shop install a 2in leveling kit front and rear of truck they had no problem taking all tires off of the truck and putting them back on. More

When I arrived he got my vehicle right in and had it finished i I was late for my service so I called Daniel and let him know and he said no problem. Set appointment because I had other engagements later that day. Upon arrival the service rep informed me it was a 90-120 minute wait. The visit ended up being almost 3 hours. that day. Quick ser ice for an oil change. We do wish they had an Express lube and oil as I could have remained in my truck instead of sitting on the lounge.
