Our 2016 F150 was stalling after the service advanctrac warning came on. Happened numerous times. They kept it for a week and couldn’t find the problem. It’s happened twice since then so now we just tu warning came on. Happened numerous times. They kept it for a week and couldn’t find the problem. It’s happened twice since then so now we just turn the advanctrac off. Not a great situation. From looking online it’s not an uncommon problem. Seems like Ford would be able to figure this out. Our service rep, Dan, was great. He always is. But I feel Ford needs to address this dangerous situation. Losing throttle control on busy roads could be fatal. More

Great dealership! I have been bringing my Mustang to them since I moved to Dunedin since a moved here in 2017. Called the dealer on Thursday, March 23, because my brakes were grinding. They told me that was considered an emergency repair and to bring my truck in. I dropped it off Thursday evening. I called Frid brakes were grinding. They told me that was considered an emergency repair and to bring my truck in. I dropped it off Thursday evening. I called Friday afternoon and asked for an update, they informed me I needed pads, rotors, and a caliper on the front right passenger side and only pads on the driver front. They then told me they had to order the rotors and calipers and didn’t have a date as to when the parts would be in. It was the following Wednesday before I heard anything and the only reason I spoke to anyone was because I reached out. As of Wednesday no parts had come in. I reached out again Thursday to get an update. The parts came in that evening and I was told my truck would be worked on the following morning Friday March 31. I asked to please get a phone call when everything was getting started. I never received a phone call regarding that. I did get a phone call saying they could put the bolt back on my heat shield that was loose for $300. I opted out as that was an outrageous price. Hours later I called and they told me my truck was done. They never had to replace the caliper which was the hold up all along. They never looked at my truck to see what the real issue was until the parts had come in. Wasting a lot of my time. I have my own business and rely on my truck to get me and my equipment to my jobs. I didn’t have my vehicle for over a week costing me a lot of money on top of the hefty repair charge. This was inconvenient and unprofessional. I was the one who was always reaching out and barely getting any answers. I will not be taking my truck here anymore. More
