The service was great. I was happy to get a video showing the persons name who worked on my car along with showing what was done as well as checking my tire pressure and ba I was happy to get a video showing the persons name who worked on my car along with showing what was done as well as checking my tire pressure and battery hen ended the video with his name again and to reach out if I had questions. What a thoughtful way to include the customer. I really appreciated this. It meant a lot. Also I had mentioned that I wanted a different vehicle and I was provided an estimate for my vehicle if I was to trade my car in. I appreciated this and unfortunately my husband wanted to wait on doing a trade in but all the help and information was great. The service when I arrived was great above and beyond. Dani was a great help and so was the young man at the parts counter as well as Adrian who did the service on my car. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who put together the estimate for trade in for me but she was great as well. Thank you so much from a customer who appreciates how great the service department team did and who goes above and beyond. I hope that Honda appreciates their employees and what a great job they do by letting them know verbally and financially. Great all around. Thank you. My satisfaction supersedes my previous negative review. I was frustrated that my promised one-day service turned into a problem that caused me six separate visits (at the time) to fix — and ultimately it I was frustrated that my promised one-day service turned into a problem that caused me six separate visits (at the time) to fix — and ultimately it took EIGHT trips. But with the repair finally being done right, management’s apology,, and management’s expression as to the unfortunate circumstances being a learning experience, I am pleased to be able to recommend Manly Honda with a top review. They really do have good people, and the waiting area is very pleasant. More

I scheduled an after-market installation (trailer hitch & heated steering wheel), which took two full days instead of the one day that was promised. Then upon pickup, TWELVE different waning lights continuo heated steering wheel), which took two full days instead of the one day that was promised. Then upon pickup, TWELVE different waning lights continuously flashed. Third day… Manly couldn’t fix it and had to order a part. Fourth day… the part was defective. Fifth day… the part ended up not being there after all. I now have a SIXTH day scheduled. Disappointing service, for sure, with so much of my time wasted to date. And it’s still not fixed, so things might get even worse. (I have no issue with service rep Dani, however.) More

I was always afraid to go to the dealership for any work to be done. I had to go this time because it was a computer problem and I thought this would be the best place for this work. Dani took care of me an to be done. I had to go this time because it was a computer problem and I thought this would be the best place for this work. Dani took care of me and she is the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most caring individual. I felt so much more comfortable after working with her. She took care of everything including my worry. I brought my truck in for a recall, and then a few weeks later for a warranty issue. Both times I was helped very well by Shayla And on The days she couldn’t be there, The support from other workers was als later for a warranty issue. I felt we were treated fairly and my truck is running very well now. More
