However, we were very unimpressed with the unprofessional actions of those salespersons, who DID NOT have customers. They were joking and quarreling loudly, having a good old time. I went back immediately and was extremely pleased with what was offered. Tim was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in clear detail. It was so personal, it was like dealing with a family member. I got a basic course in Vehicle operation with Tim and after the paperwork, I was on my way. This is usually a stressful situation for me, but Tim made it tolerable. I will refer others when and if the opportunity arises.
