I spend about a third of my life in Roanoke these days, and two thirds up in Alexandria. One daughter and two "grandma magnets" in Roanoke and two daughters and three "grandma magnets" in Alexandria. I am 77 years of age and have 60 years of experience in buy new cars and getting them serviced in the dealers' service departments. I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at a Hyundai dealership in the Alexandria area in 2023 and was happy with the deal and the mileage. I get 31-32 mpg in town and 32 - 33 mpg on the highway! But the first service experience was average at best and yet another let down. So last year when I was visiting our daughter in Roanoke, I took my vehicle in for its second service. I was not expecting anything out of the ordinary as I didn't purchase my vehicle there. Wow!, was I wrong. Last year and on my current service yesterday, my service advisor was Ms. Danielle Starkey. I found her to be a very focused and efficient professional who at the same time was very patient and customer oriented. I felt valued, not a number as I felt up in Alexandria 3 years ago. The folks in the maintenance department must be as professional as she is as they are focused and time oriented in servicing and returning the vehicle to the customer. Danielle has the right personality in dealing with people as she comes across in both a sincere and professional manner. She is a true Ambassador for Southern Team Hyundai and a real "keeper" for the Southern Team. I hope she is recognized for same. I am very inclined to purchase my next vehicle from Southern Team Hyundai! More

I have had very good experiences dealing with this dealership. They have taken care of my 2007 Santa Fe which had over 210,00 miles on it when we gave it to our daughter and now that we have a new Tus dealership.
