Dropped my car off on a Sunday for it to be diagnosed. Received a call Friday evening stating my car was ready to be picked up. Saturday morning I arrived at 8AM to pick up my vehicle when getting in I no Received a call Friday evening stating my car was ready to be picked up. Saturday morning I arrived at 8AM to pick up my vehicle when getting in I noticed my wheel was off centered which it shouldn’t have been considering I received an alignment asked for it to be redone and waited roughly 5 hours 8-12:51 for my car to be realigned meanwhile every other customer was being taken care of while my car sat to be redone! This is NOT the first time I have waited HOURS for a service that takes 60-90 minutes! I missed work as I was expecting it to be done properly the FIRST TIME so not only was my time wasted I missed out on a pay check. More

Service dept personnel are professional , courteous , and knowledgeable. They have always kept me informed of any issues during service and run the vehicles through car wash if requested , the multipoint inspection is another plus and keeps you up to date on items requiring future attention !
