We were traveling and our Tucson broke down. Once towed from one hour away to Southern, Danielle took charge and helped us get checked in and referred us to a rental place close by. I've sold vehicles, taught computer and managed a manufacturing plant and I know when a feature is on my vehicle and isn't working. Ms. Starkey not is not only constantly condescending but she told m manufacturing plant and I know when a feature is on my vehicle and isn't working. And then guess what after having it checked out, it started working again. I'm still mad. If I could switch service depts I would. More

I had a combustion done on my car and had to bring it back 3 time for a 1000 mile check. The first two times it was less than a quart. The last time they said it was a quart low and said that I needed an back 3 time for a 1000 mile check. The first two times it was less than a quart. The last time they said it was a quart low and said that I needed an oil change and I would need to pay for it. Why should I have to pay for the oil change when my car is burning oil when they told me that they fixed the issue. Not very happy. More
