I went into BMW on 30APR21 knowing I needed a vehicle but, not sure which one. I was thankful and blessed to be greeting by Wael upon entering the building. Wael did an amazing job in matching the right car for the right person. He found the BMW that was tailored toward my lifestyle and I could not be anymore happier. The BMW mission statement is: "The BMW Group is the world's leading provider of premium products and premium services for individual mobility." If the BMW Group mission statement had a posterchild it would be Mr. Youssef, hands down. Thank you Wael for your professionalism. John was the most pleasent salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, even though im sure i wasn’t the easiest sale hes ever made. he took the extra time even out of work to help me make sure i pleasure of working with, even though im sure i wasn’t the easiest sale hes ever made. he took the extra time even out of work to help me make sure i was making the right decision.
