Once I had contacted Tim's Truck Capital and sales promptly returned my calls made an appointment and although I was not happy with the truck I went to go see a wide variety of trucks there I found the one I was looking for and bought it then that day. Danny Dearborn was my salesman straight shooter right to the point step by step made all the arrangements on accompanied all my dilemmas and was driving the truck 3 days later. My experience was less then impressive. We purchased a truck here less then two years ago. The truck came stickered. This year, it did not come close to passing at the GMC dealership. The people at gmc were floored to see that we had been driving a car in such a bad condition. They recommended we go back to where we purchased the truck. Tims truck capital did NOTHING to help resolve this issue, they spoke down to us many times and made us feel as though the $20,000 we spent with them was nothing of interest to them. We purchased from Danny Dearborn and he did the best he could to try to help us. The manager on the other hand was very rude and wouldn't budge in any way. I would NEVER send any business their way!
