TJ Mitchell, Autumn Hall, and the entire service department are a top notch crew that are always curtious and helpful. Danny Hammack always finds time to visit, asking what I'm having done to my car and if I'm being attended to. Members of the sales crew also stop to say "hello" if they see me sitting the the waiting area. I highly recommend Columbia Honda! Thank you. More

Fantastic experience Trent Custard, our salesman, was fantastically patient with us while we went through cars like we were shopping for shoes. "Let's try this one!" "Do you have something in an EX with leather and a sunroof?" "Does it come in brown? What about black?" etc. And the guy literally RUNS from place to place in the showroom. In the end, my wife and I both got cars that we love and the whole experience couldn't have been better. A special shout out to Danny Hammack and Keith Marlett who were also extremely helpful and patient. Thank you guys!! More

Danny personally reached out to me and discussed the situation. He has contacted the credit bureaus on my behalf and is actively working to resolve this issue. Sorry that I had to resort to social media to get a resolution but it is seemingly being currently resolved. Michele was a great sales person throughout the deal and I'd use her again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the assistance so-far, Columbia Honda. More
