Danny & Scott made the experience a positive one and answered any questions I had along the way - and for questions that did not have immediate answers they told me they would find out the answer and did. Bill helped out from the Finance end and even though the process was quick and painless he gave me some great pointers during the time we worked together and finalized the paperwork. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Another notable mention is that after purchasing my vehicle I made a trip to the parts department - their parts department happens to be open a lot later than the usual 5pm close time which is awesome. Not just that but they have a lot of inventory on hand if you want to accessorize your new purchase or even get something as simple as a cover for your new key fob. I can honestly say that based on my experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and my faith in the brand I will look here first for any future vehicle purchases going forward. Danny was great! I was looking for a stick shift, hard to find in the city, but haven't owned a car (until now) for over ten years so couldn't easily get to dealership I was looking for a stick shift, hard to find in the city, but haven't owned a car (until now) for over ten years so couldn't easily get to dealerships outside the city. I found the right car at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and called to see how I could try a test drive. Danny Reyes said he would pick me up from the commuter rail station! He brought the car, so I was able to test drive it on the way back to the dealership. Danny was quick and efficient and walked me through the entire process. The wait for the finance person was longer that I was expecting, a couple hours at least because there were people in front of me. They said it was busier than usual. This was around noon on a Friday, so I imagine an evening or weekend would be worse. But they did drive me back to the train. Other than that, the process couldn't have been easier. The dealership registered and inspected the car for me and, when it was ready for delivery, once again met me at the train station with the car. A good experience! More
