After our first purchase purchase of a Silverado back in 2018, we new that the Chevy exchange in lake bluff was a great place where they make you feel at home! Danny Trujillo did an amazing job this past Monday on facilitating our purchase for a 2021 Silverado black widow edition! I bought my first ever brand new vehicle from Chevy Exchange. From starting the buying process and speaking to Rafat, to talking though the options and deals with Danny and finally talking to Baha for Exchange. From starting the buying process and speaking to Rafat, to talking though the options and deals with Danny and finally talking to Baha for the financing the process was fluid and I’ve never been more satisfied with buying a vehicle. Danny was my salesman and I’ve never had a better experience buying a vehicle. Every option the truck has was explained to me by Danny so I could understand it. Danny knew what he was talking about and it showed. I’ll never buy from any other dealership.
