Working with Dan was an unexpected pleasure. His no pressure fully knowledgeable approach allowed Carol and I to experience an in depth Equinox presentation . Because of his early information gathering we were able to get down to brass tacks without the xx👍.Dan matched us with the vehicle we wanted. He walked us out to the Equinox, did a walk around explanation and off we went for a great test drive. We went in to do the dollars and cents work and he went the extra mile to get us top $ for our trade-in and a very acceptable price for the Equinox. that we accepted. Three dealers in Illinois, refused to even make an offer on what is an outstanding car. I had a particular want list for the new car and nothing seemed to quite fit. I figured I’d give Illinois one more chance to trade fairly. Chevrolet Exchange immediately went to work on making a trade work for me.
