They went way above and beyond what anyone could have expected to help my brother when he had to get a new car. My brother is a high functioning autistic person (Asbergers) who has definitely had some expected to help my brother when he had to get a new car. This was, hands down, the most enjoyable car buying experience I could ever imagine. My salesperson, Azreal, was an absolute dream! This is the place where "BUYER BEWARE" is the greatest asset you have when purchasing a used vehicle! Front line sales personnel are great, but the sales management and used car prep and service managemen asset you have when purchasing a used vehicle! Front line sales personnel are great, but the sales management and used car prep and service management are not trustworthy. IF they promise to fix an issue prior to delivery, they attempt to Southern Engineer the repair, take weeks to complete it, or just do not do it at all, replying, "I just said I'd see what it costs", which is an outright lie! They CLEAR trouble codes so they do not show up again for 50-100 miles, which is normally after test driving and purchase. This constitutes DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!!! After paying a Premium Price for a vehicle, which I had little issue with because it was a present for my wife, I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks to get delivery because the management did not want to pay for replacing parts that made the vehicle dangerous. Then a few days later the trouble codes started 'magically' popping up. I took it to the manufactures dealership and it cost me close to $6,000 more dollars to have all the issues fixed or replaced. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!!!! You may not live to regret it!!!! More
