He knows his stuff—every feature, every trim, every financing detail—and he explained it all without ever once making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. I never once got the sense that he was trying to “sell” me something; it was more like he was matchmaking me with the exact car I didn’t even know I needed until he introduced us. What really sets Luis apart is how he balances genuine customer care with an energy that’s contagious. He’s funny, he’s sharp, and he clearly loves what he does.
