BMW has given me the opportunity to see many places; I've traveled to Lake Louise in Banff, Canada, South Africa, and more. My wife and I own a hair salon in the Three Village area. We enjoy spending time with our dogs. I am a big fan of food and enjoy trying out new restaurants. Business development and social marketing are some of my skills. Facility is not ADA compliant. Elevator is broken and used for storage. Even if it worked it does not go to business floor, only from service area to a very steep ramp with new c Elevator is broken and used for storage. Even if it worked it does not go to business floor, only from service area to a very steep ramp with new cars on each side - very impressive visually, but difficult to climb for anyone with disabilities. They claim they have plans to replace the facility, but must provide golf cart use to get up ramp in the meantime. They also low-balled offer on our '19 M-B GLC300 so radically ($12K) that we were advised by our buyers broker to sell to Carvana - we did ($18.5K). More

Darren was the most pleasant car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He’s got a great calm demeanor and never pushed. The car I leased was a car that he could have easily marked up but he did not and even discounted it very slightly. Truly a white glove service. More

As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and nerves, but Darren was patient, informative, and thoughtful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and even guided me during the test drive — which meant a lot since it was my first time driving a BMW. He picked up on my nervousness and was extremely considerate and calm, which helped ease my anxiety. Daniel from Finance was also extremely cool and professional. He walked me through all the logistics of financing, matched the rate I had from my credit union, and explained exactly what my CPO warranty covered in detail. Super helpful and efficient! After getting my keys, Darren introduced me to James from BMW Genius, who really lived up to the title. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things BMW — answered every question I had about the features and buttons inside the car, and even connected my phone to the car to help me make the most of the MyBMW app. All in all, the team made the entire experience smooth, personal, and enjoyable.
