The Best Sales Experience Working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. I came in, told him what I wanted and from there on out he made me feel like I was worth something. I was Working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. I came in, told him what I wanted and from there on out he made me feel like I was worth something. I was so sick and tired of the "sales" game at other dealers and Juan had none of the b.s. After filling out the paperwork, my truck was promptly taken in for detailing and they said it would be ready in just a couple hours. I went home and sure enough, I got the call on time. He and Daryl Callahan took such good care of me I have been bragging ever since. Also this was on Labor Day. More

Terrible attitude Went to this dealer today and have most rude sales Person I have ever dealt with. Being rude when we tried to negotiate the price and make up some bs excuses that their price is the best around. We asked for the sales manager that was a mistake he was biggest unprofessional attitude in the world no wonder that are car salesman only because nobody will hire them with that attitude. Only DCH Toyota will since it's in this horrible town in the middle of nowhere will do such thing. 100% don’t waste your time like we did driving 1.5hr to come and be blown away like we did. More
