2018 Jeep Did Not Make it 7 Miles Before It Died-Can't Fix Bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car died on the way home - less than 7 miles. We have had the car only 6 days in the 7 weeks that we h Bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car died on the way home - less than 7 miles. We have had the car only 6 days in the 7 weeks that we have owned the car. The dealer can't and won't fix the car even though they say there is something horribly wrong with the car where it just dies while driving. Sales people could care less that the car is not functional now that the car was sold. Do not use this dealership. What a nightmare. More

So if I read that, I’d be suspicious of who wrote it, I get it. But, this is my honest unsolicited review. I have had to buy cars a decent amount, I drive a lot. With that said, I have been to almost every dealership within 50 miles. We have had or currently had - BMW(3), Nissan, Ford, Infiniti (currently) and much more. I only say that to say I have had a lot of dealship experiences, good, bad and neutral. In the end, I like my last 3 jeeps, but I really get them because of Videon. They realize that I am a person and what my needs are. They are passionate about thier cars (I respect that) and they are passionate about being customer friendly. Oh and they were offering the best deals when I shopped it. Out of any dealship I have ever done business with, this is by far the best. Ask for Steve - great guy and his passion for cars/jeeps is appertaint. True professional. More
